What can we achieve by taking action despite the inner voice?

    Podcast Summary

    • Silence the inner voice of resistanceTo achieve goals and grow, silence the inner voice that makes excuses and justifies inaction, and assert your will to focus on tasks.

Instead of engaging in mental debates with the inner voice that tries to rationalize avoiding tasks, it's essential to silence that voice and take action. This voice, compared to us, is an expert at making excuses and justifying inaction. It's a part of our subconscious that tries to keep us comfortable and avoid discomfort. However, to grow and achieve our goals, we must overcome this inner resistance. To do this, we should not argue, discuss, or negotiate with this voice. Instead, we need to assert our will and tell it to be quiet. We are not the guilty party, and we don't need its approval to take action. By silencing this voice, we can focus on the task at hand and tap into our inner strength and stability. So, the next time you feel the urge to make excuses or avoid a task, remember to silence the inner voice and just go get to work.

    #042 Quit Researching

This episode is about how research can actually cause more harm than good. Yes, it’s always a good idea to get educated on a goal you’re working towards, but after that, it’s time to execute! You can’t move forward if you’re not moving at ALL.

    Action Steps:

    1. Identify the areas you’ve been researching instead of taking action
    2. Fail at something. Try it, knowing you’re going to fail. Write down what you learned
