    Deeper into Truth

    Deeper into Truth
    • Yes!  You are in!  Casey, CK is back!  The Jogging Jesus!  No, he's not Jesus, just looks like we may think Jesus looks like and loves Jesus more than most people that I know.  And this message is definitely Deeper into Truth.  Audio is a bit challenging in the beginning yet please stick with it.  An amazing ending of Hope...
    • If you would like to see Casey for yourself...here is the actual video, yet you will feed Facebook to view...only option at this time...oh and a special thank you to Creative Love Church for giving our dear Brother Casey an opportunity to speak.  Quite amazing that a boy from Thief River Falls, MN, that could hardly read ends up becoming an engineer and now delivers this message without a PhD in Theology.  Anything is truly possible with God.

Life Hacks I've learned running - Part 3

Life Hacks I've learned running - Part 3

In this episode I discuss the importance of looking at your own performance with an objective and clean lens, and how sometimes, the simplest thing can make all the difference to how you are performing - it's not what you think.

I also discuss the emotional impact of running or doing anything that pushes you in life, and how to bring compassion to yourself and the process of growth.

And I discuss the stress response loop and how you can use something such as running to help you in your emotional wellbeing and as a way to close the stress response.

These have all been massively helpful to me as I built my business and in my day to day life, and I KNOW they are things that can help anyone.

If you missed the other 2 episodes, fret not, there's no order needed to them, just go back and check out the other episodes. You may also like the lessons I've learned as an Artist too, as there are many gems there too.

Cannabis and Exercise: Get High On Your Own Supply!

Cannabis and Exercise: Get High On Your Own Supply!

This show is for those who are curious about cannabis, and today we have one of my favorite topics!

Why does this topic matter? ...I love this topic for so many reasons!

First, on this show we talk about misconceptions…there’s no better misconception than cannabis combined with exercise.

-When most think of cannabis, we think of the flattened girl on the couch

    -this isn’t true!!!

Another reason why this topic is important…exercise impacts SO many parts of the human body…your respiratory rates, metabolism, cognition, etc…do we not think that cannabis, which acts as a “master regulator,” won’t be involved?!

    Ueli Schwarz, der Experte

    Ueli Schwarz, der Experte
Eigentlich hatte Ueli Schwarz gar keine andere Wahl.

Steve Spear runs across the United States in 150 days

On this episode, I sit down with Steve Spear, a man who in 2013 ran from Santa Monica, CA to Annapolis, MD in 150 days (roughly a marathon a day). He also managed to raise over half a million dollars to help bring clean water to communities that need it around the globe. Awesome person. Awesome story. Enjoy.

    Time to Run...In Antarctica
What's your daily routine? For me, I need to move in the morning. The Juggling Act

    The Juggling Act

Okay, how is that core value, that circle of importance, coming along? Have you identified and been vocal about who, or what, matters most in your life? Ranking your focus and values can give you clarity on what to do next and how. But... balance is tough! There are multiple things competing for your attention in any given week, day or even moment.

This week we will look at Pat Gelsinger's book, "The Juggling Act." It is tremendous!  This is less of a review, and more of a synopsis, but I hope you find yourself reading this book. And I am thankful to the mentor in my life who recommended it.

In lieu of questions in the show notes today, I'll list the 6 Steps to Balance from the episode:

    1) Set a Course

    2) Prioritize God

    3) Prioritize Family

    4) Work Hard

    5) Find Mentors

    6) Be a Witness

This episode will introduce these ideas. I pray your receive them with optimism and energy as we finish up another year strong, and prepare for an amazingly strong 2022.
