As a leader, it's crucial to create an environment where your team feels heard. Take time to actively listen to your team members. Ask open-ended questions, encourage them to share their thoughts and feelings, and make them feel valued and understood.

    Lesson number two is all about Empathy and Understanding. Ted Lasso doesn't just listen; he genuinely cares about his team's well-being. He understands their challenges, fears, and aspirations.
