    enJune 07, 2021

    Podcast Summary

    • Importance of listening to body and supporting its needsLearn about hydrogen water for gut health and methods to shield from EMFs for optimal health in the modern world

Learning from this episode of the Resetter podcast is the importance of listening to your body and taking steps to support its needs in the modern world. The body is innately powerful, but it can struggle in today's environment due to factors like toxicity from food, lack of sunlight, and the effects of technology. The podcast's guest, Paul Bartario, offers solutions for two specific challenges: repairing the gut microbiome with hydrogen water and protecting ourselves from the harmful effects of WiFi and other EMFs. Hydrogen water, which can help the gut terrain thrive and even produce neurotransmitters for mental clarity, is a powerful tool that goes beyond probiotics and leafy greens. Additionally, Paul offers methods for shielding ourselves from EMFs, which can contribute to chronic disease and healing struggles. Overall, this episode provides valuable insights for anyone seeking to optimize their health in the modern world.

    • The Importance of Prioritizing Health with Hydrogen Water and EMF ProtectionHydrogen water aids in maintaining body balance and preventing disease by providing selective antioxidant benefits, while EMF protection shields against harmful radiation.

Our modern world is putting a strain on our bodies, making it essential to prioritize our health and wellness through various means, such as hydrogen water and protection from EMFs. The reason we need hydrogen water is due to the dysfunction in our guts caused by factors like pesticides and antibiotics, which prevent our bodies from producing the necessary hydrogen gas. This gas is crucial for maintaining a balanced state of oxidation in our bodies, preventing oxidative stress, inflammation, and disease. Unlike most antioxidants, hydrogen gas is a selective antioxidant that doesn't leave behind a pro-oxidant, making it highly sought after in the medical community. Joining the Reset Academy can provide access to valuable resources, insights, and support to help individuals prioritize their health and embrace a fasting lifestyle. Together, we can make this year an incredible year for our health and well-being.

    • Hydrogen water acts as a powerful antioxidant and supports gut healthHydrogen water targets harmful reactive oxygen species, upregulates catalase, reduces hydroxyl radicals, changes electrical potential in the gut, supports beneficial anaerobic microflora, and enhances immune and nervous systems.

Hydrogen water acts as a selective antioxidant, targeting harmful reactive oxygen species in the body. It's more powerful than traditional antioxidants due to its natural ability to upregulate catalase and reduce the production of damaging hydroxyl radicals. Moreover, hydrogen water also changes the electrical potential of water and the tissue in the gut, creating an environment that supports the growth of beneficial anaerobic microflora, leading to improved immune function, increased hydrogen production, and overall better health. In essence, hydrogen water acts like a house remodel for the body, creating an optimal environment for beneficial microbes to thrive and enhancing our immune and nervous systems. After a course of antibiotics, drinking hydrogen water can help replenish the gut microbiome more effectively than probiotics.

    • Hydrogen water: A therapeutic tool for health benefitsHydrogen water, produced with negative ORP, can enhance antioxidant function, boost immune system, and improve cognitive function. It's important to ensure purity and avoid continuous consumption.

Hydrogen water, when properly produced with a negative ORP level, can provide numerous health benefits by modulating various pathways in the body. However, it's essential to ensure the water is free from heavy metals and other contaminants. Hydrogen water is not meant for continuous consumption like an everyday beverage but rather as a therapeutic tool for intermittent exposure. The body naturally produces hydrogen gas multiple times a day, and adding it artificially can aid in regulating pathways related to antioxidant function, immune system, and cognitive function. Conditions like increased mental clarity, energy, and improved gut health have been associated with hydrogen water consumption. Studies suggest that it can stimulate ghrelin secretions to the brain, enhancing cognitive function within minutes. Additionally, hydrogen water can support those undergoing water fasting by suppressing hunger sensations.

    • Hydrogen-infused water enhances water fasting experienceHydrogen-infused water aids in peaceful water fasting by improving metabolism, mitochondrial function, and energy levels, allowing individuals to push through barriers and potentially address health issues.

Hydrogen-infused water, which regulates certain pathways in the body, can make water fasting a more peaceful experience metabolically. This is because hydrogen plays a crucial role in various bodily functions, and its presence helps offset the absence of minerals and other nutrients during fasting. Additionally, the improved mitochondrial function from reduced oxidative stress leads to an energy increase, making the fasting process more effective. This hydrogen delivery system can help individuals push through barriers during water fasts, such as hunger or fatigue, and can even aid in addressing various health issues like food allergies and gut problems. It's important to note that the water does not cause detox symptoms or herxheimer effects, but some people may experience a sense of euphoria due to the body adjusting to increased ghrelin secretions.

    • The Benefits of Drinking Hydrogen WaterHydrogen water, rich in molecular hydrogen, can enhance immune function, reduce oxidative stress, and improve energy levels by neutralizing free radicals and activating important cellular pathways, making it a valuable supplement to the body's natural hydrogen production.

The human body naturally produces hydrogen, which plays a crucial role in various bodily functions. However, modern diets and environmental factors can negatively impact the body's ability to produce enough hydrogen. Hydrogen water, which is rich in molecular hydrogen, can help supplement the body's natural hydrogen production. This water can provide numerous health benefits, including reducing oxidative stress, improving energy levels, and enhancing immune function. The benefits come from the hydrogen ions in the water, which can neutralize free radicals and activate important cellular pathways. Unlike alkaline water, hydrogen water does not aim to change the pH level of the body, as the human body maintains a balanced pH. Instead, it focuses on providing the body with additional hydrogen to support its natural functions. The speaker's personal experience and research led him to develop a hydrogen water system that effectively delivers these benefits without the unnecessary burden of altering the body's pH.

    • Regaining vitality and overcoming health challengesSynergy Science helps individuals improve their health by addressing modern challenges and offering solutions for EMF safety

Our modern world poses numerous challenges to our health, from immune issues to obesity, diabetes, and cancer. These problems arise because our bodies are not thriving in this toxic environment. Synergy Science aims to help individuals regain their vitality and serve others by enabling them to overcome their health challenges. Another pressing issue is EMFs, which can impact us through calcium channels and cell membranes. While not all EMFs are harmful, man-made sources are a major concern. It's nearly impossible to completely shield ourselves from these fields, so instead, we should focus on making them biologically safe. Synergy Science's WaveGuard technology and key devices are designed to change EMFs into safer frequencies. Remember, everyone must make their own informed decisions about their health and well-being.

    • Reducing Harmful Effects of Radiation from TechnologyCompanies create devices to depolarize radiation and reduce signal strength, allowing us to maintain wireless connections while minimizing harm. Consider reducing exposure through technology use and joining a fitness program to prioritize health.

While we enjoy the convenience of technology such as Wi-Fi and cellular signals, we should also be aware of the potential harm they cause through radiation. Our bodies are affected by the electromagnetic fields and the component of radiation, which can lead to health issues like anxiety, headaches, and tinnitus. To mitigate this harm, companies like the one discussed in the text create devices that depolarize radiation and reduce signal strength by up to 80%. This allows us to maintain our wireless connections while minimizing the harmful effects of excess signal strength. It's important to note that turning off Wi-Fi doesn't completely eliminate exposure to radiation, as cellular signals continue to surround us. To further promote health and wellness, consider joining the PowerSync 60 program, a revolutionary 60-day fitness program for men and women that takes hormones into account, and includes a free bonus meal plan and customized eating plan. By taking steps to reduce radiation exposure and prioritize our health, we can enjoy the benefits of technology while minimizing its potential harm.

    • Protecting from Harmful EMF RadiationKeyShield technology creates a safe field to enhance sleep quality, mental clarity, and reduce anxiety, with short-term benefits and ongoing research for long-term effects on mitochondrial function and brain health.

The KeyShield technology creates a biologically safe field that protects individuals from harmful EMF radiation, leading to improved sleep quality, mental clarity, and reduced anxiety. Studies have shown significant benefits even with short-term exposure, but ongoing research is examining the long-term effects on mitochondrial function and brain health. Notably, a cell culture study demonstrated that a 2-hour exposure to a cell phone significantly impaired the body's ability to heal a wound, while using the KeyShield resulted in 100% healing. Ongoing studies at Cleveland Clinic and Fraunhofer Institute aim to further prove the technology's benefits.

    • Wi-Fi radiation harms healingWi-Fi radiation reduces fibroblast activity and collagen production, hindering the body's ability to heal, potentially leading to various health issues. Creating a protected environment can help improve healing.

Wi-Fi radiation negatively impacts the body's ability to heal, specifically by reducing fibroblast activity and collagen production. This reduction in healing ability can lead to a cascade of health issues, making it difficult to determine where to begin addressing health concerns. The speaker's solution is to create a protected environment for the body, allowing it to heal more effectively. A recent discovery shows that the device used to create this protected environment not only generates a protective field but also enhances communication between organs when a human is present. The full extent of the device's capabilities is still being researched, but it is believed to have significant benefits for overall health and wellbeing.

    • Technology interference with biological communicationTechnology on same frequencies as biological communication can disrupt body's messaging system, leading to health issues. Restoring feedback system can help improve overall health.

Our bodies are designed to communicate effectively with each other, but the introduction of Wi-Fi and 5G technologies on the same frequencies as biological communication can cause confusion and hinder this process. This can result in various health issues as important messages from organs go unheard. The electrical content of these technologies is the same, but their high frequencies make them more disruptive to the body's communication system. By restoring the feedback system, we can help the body communicate its needs more effectively, leading to better overall health. Additionally, there is a wealth of information available in studies on hydrogen water and EMFs, although there may not be many comprehensive books on these topics. Experts like Dr. Omar Ibrahim and Hagens Device's founder, Hagen, have dedicated their lives to studying these areas and can provide valuable insights.

    • A holistic approach to protecting healthPractice self-forgiveness, listen to body, nurture relationships, maintain gut health, minimize antibiotic use, and ensure love for young generations

Protecting our health in today's toxic world goes beyond just using specific products or technologies. It requires a holistic approach that includes self-forgiveness, listening to our bodies, and nurturing our relationships. These practices can help us maintain our gut health, which is essential for immune function and overall well-being. Additionally, minimizing antibiotic use and ensuring young generations grow up feeling loved and valued can set them up for a healthier future. By incorporating these habits into our daily lives, we can better navigate the challenges of modern living and thrive in spite of the environmental stressors around us.
