On this episode of The Sacred Donut, we talk about BOUNDARIES. It sounds like that old Kenny Rodgers gambling song, but let's face it, relationships are a gamble. Setting boundaries is a life's skill. You do have to know when to hold them, when to walk away, and when to run. When to set soft boundaries and when to draw them in the concrete. And all the UGH in between, all around and underneath.

Forgiveness is a powerful decision that sets you on a course toward true healing and freedom. It means extending mercy to someone who, in some way, has wronged you. Forgiveness does not, however, mean that you have to tolerate unacceptable behavior or continue in a toxic relationship. Podcast: How do we work out healthy boundaries at work? Co-presenter Kristen Coggan.
There seems to be no rule book with this one. How do we balance the importance of relationship building in the workplace, and the need to support mental health, with a boundary of some sort to keep our workplace professional.
As usual, Kristen and I threw this question at the wall to see how it would fall. We weren't disappointed. There is so much to this question. I'm sure that we all have our own experiences of this going well, and of course... not going well.
We would love to hear your thoughts on your experience of this curly question.
