5 Healthy Mindset Habits for the Holidays

5 Healthy Mindset Habits for the Holidays

In today’s episode I want to give you a couple of healthy mindset suggestions to consider as we step into the last two months of the year. Lincoln's Birth Story

    Lincoln's Birth Story

No, he wasn't born in the kitchen! Wouldn't that be fitting with this podcast? Hah! My son turned two years old on Monday the 18th of April and so I thought this would be a perfect time to share his birth story here on my podcast. I share all the details and don't skimp on my feelings towards our postpartum care. There's probably a TON more I could share but we'll save it for another day.

You can read his birth story here.
