In this episode of The Positively Living Podcast, James Lott, Jr. and I are sharing the importance of organization and actionable steps you can take right now to simple, inspired hacks to organize with large rewards. James Lott, Jr. and I cover the following topics:

    • James’ journey into becoming The Super Organizer. How he did it through positivity and how he let go of so much stress in the process.

    • My favorite recommendations from his book:
      •  Grab a Notebook — safe place to capture and bold ideas, aka Getting Things Done

    The Power of Gratitude

    The Power of Gratitude

Gratitude is a topic you find everywhere. I believe in the power of gratitude, but I also believe we need to understand it and approach it the right way. That’s why episode 04 of The Positively Living Podcast is about Gratitude -- the power habit that brings healing and abundance!

In this episode of The Positively Living Podcast, I’m sharing the importance of gratitude and actionable steps you can take right now to have more gratitude in your life. I cover the following topics:

    • The three categories of gifts and opportunities that gratitude can give us.
    • Some real statistics that back up a gratitude practice
    • 5 myths I believe perpetuate our misunderstanding of gratitude
    • How you can join a community that will help you develop and/or deepen your own gratitude practice.

There are as many ways to practice gratitude as there are reasons to be grateful. For some, the concept can be overwhelming, especially when life is challenging. But, with a little guidance, it can be one of the easiest things to include in your life and it offers one of the greatest return on investments. It is a cumulative process that builds so beautifully on itself.

26: Cracking the Code to Coaching Business Success + Special Announcement

26: Cracking the Code to Coaching Business Success + Special Announcement

Ever given serious thought to replacing your job income by coaching others into a plant-based lifestyle? Or maybe you’ve started already and you’re trying to get clients…

It’s a deeply fulfilling way to earn a great income when you know the right steps to take.

The problem is that many coaches don’t earn enough money to stay in business and make the kind of impact they were born to make. With so many business and marketing strategies out there, it’s easy to feel confused and overwhelmed, resulting in not knowing exactly what to focus on day-to-day to move the needle of your business.

In this episode, I am interviewed by my buddy, Ronnie Tsunami, for the Plant-Based Business Summit. I not only get to share my vegan story and how I got to where I am today as a business trainer for plant-based and vegan coaches...

but I also lay out the 3 key elements every plant-based coach needs in order to stand out in a crowded health & wellness space and hit their income goals quickly. And...it’s probably NOT what you think.

PLUS - I make a special announcement in the intro that you’re not going to want to miss!

If you want to catch the Plant-Based Business Summit to watch interviews with leaders in the plant-based and vegan space, you can still access the summit for FREE if you register right now before May 21st.
