    21. Being In the Right Room

    21. Being In the Right Room

Being in the right room can make all the difference.

In this episode, Wendy, explains the power of being in a room that inspires you and challenges you. She explains the diversity of education and experiences that can be found in her coaching containers, and how tapping into that collective genius leads to unique problem-solving approaches and perspectives.

Throughout the episode, Wendy underlines a key message: there's no single right or wrong perspective. Instead, the aim is to expand one's thinking by embracing different approaches to tackling challenges.

Wendy emphasizes the importance of being in the right room. For her, the "right room" represents a transformative environment—a safe, supportive, and challenging space where individuals can truly be themselves. In this room, Wendy explains, everyone reflects each other's brilliance, fostering a growth mindset and open atmosphere.

Being in the right room helps people break down the barriers they've made to fit in or avoid being judged. It's a place where it's okay to be open about your feelings, and this gives you the bravery to deal with what's happening now, check in with how you are really feeling, and be vulnerable.

The right room also encourages people to step out of their comfort zones, even if it feels super scary. It challenges you in a safe way.

Wendy takes it a step further by explaining how being in the right room can spark remarkable personal growth and transformation. It's a place that nurtures authenticity, encourages confronting realities, and cultivates personal responsibility and growth.

She also introduces the concept of embodiment work. While starting to think differently is a great beginning, Wendy says that achieving true transformation and becoming one's future self requires embracing embodiment work. REAL transformation takes place within your body. Beliefs and thoughts are intertwined with your physical self, influencing how you present yourself to the world. Through the practice of embodiment work, you can learn to create new beliefs that will help you achieve all your goals.

Being in the right room will always lead to your transformation.

Wendy encourages us all to be sure to find the right room for us. The safe place where we can learn, grow, and be challenged.

In this episode you'll learn about:

    • The importance of being in the right room and how it is a game-changer.
    •  The qualities required in the right room, include being challenged.
    • Concept of Being work: How thoughts, beliefs, and embodying work play a HUGE role in your life.
    • Power of a curated group.
    • The GET IT DONE MASTERMIND.
    • Embodiment work, and how real change happens in the BODY.

Leadership and Mental Health part 2

Leadership and Mental Health part 2

I'm excited to announce a special edition podcast for advanced guys on how to date hoes without paying. I also touch on important topics like mental health, leadership, and the power of a good mastermind alliance. I discuss the subtle difference between being in control and being controlling.

It's crucial to be aware of the internal forces that control our decisions and behavior, and I show you how to strive for inner stability and calmness. Lastly, I remind you to stay away from cocaine and to keep listening to the show. Thanks for tuning in!

The Joseph W. South Show – Volume 1 is packed with even more practical insights and personal stories than what you saw in my last book. Building on the success of Practical Female Psychology for the Practical Man, this book provides you with a deeper understanding of female psychology and how to apply it to everyday interactions with women.

Whether you're a new reader or a returning fan you'll find plenty of useful advice in these pages. I bring decades of experience to the table, having made every mistake possible when it comes to the opposite sex. From divorce and child custody battles to wild sex and successful relationships I've seen and done it all!

It's not just men who stand to benefit. Female readers of the original book have raved about how PFP helped them understand their own thinking and the differences between masculine and feminine thought processes.

In a world where dating, sex, and relationships are complex and difficult to manage, I offer practical advice on how to overcome shyness, interact comfortably with the opposite sex, and find sexual partners. I share experiences of meeting and having sex with a lot of women, despite not being super rich, tall, or with model-good looks.

    The Craft of intimate Coupledom

    The Craft of intimate Coupledom

If you’re in a relationship, we can all agree that connection is the force that brought you together. By what happens when that synergy, emotional intimacy and unapologetic, passionate sex goes missing, to the point we feel frustrated and lost? Or you might be having the same fights over and over, without a real conclusion. To the point, that it feels like we are going through the motions instead of leveling up.  It could be that the sex isn’t exciting and bringing you closer together. Maybe you don’t orgasm during sex, or you’re rarely having sex at all. Some begin to wonder why your relationship looks so different from what you dreamed of, and whether it’s even worth it. And that thought is upsetting, because you formed your relationship for a reason.

On this weeks episode, we talk about The Craft of Intimate Coupledom with Ken Blackman, a former Apple software engineer turned international sex and intimacy educator and relationship coach, Ken is in his 24th year helping couples co-create a thriving, fulfilling life partnership and a gourmet sex life. His work has garnered mentions in Business Insider, Playboy, Huffpost, BBC, Tim Ferriss' 4-Hour work week, Cosmopolitan, AskMen, and much much more. Ken's powerful, unapologetic break from conventional relationship advice is shifting the world conversation around love and committed coupledom.
