    Lincoln's Birth Story

    Lincoln's Birth Story

No, he wasn't born in the kitchen! Wouldn't that be fitting with this podcast? Hah! My son turned two years old on Monday the 18th of April and so I thought this would be a perfect time to share his birth story here on my podcast. I share all the details and don't skimp on my feelings towards our postpartum care. There's probably a TON more I could share but we'll save it for another day.

You can read his birth story here.

    National Eating Disorder Awareness Week

    National Eating Disorder Awareness Week

In this episode I review some of the current data out there on eating disorders. This week, February 21-27 of 2022 is National Eating Disorder Awareness Week. I hope today to bring some of the important facts your way, give you a couple of ideas on what you can do and provide some resources as well.

    https://www.nationaleatingdisorders.org/

From their site: "If you are in a crisis and need help immediately, text “NEDA” to 741741 to be connected with a trained volunteer at Crisis Text Line. Crisis Text Line provides free, 24/7 support via text message to individuals who are struggling with mental health, including eating disorders, and are experiencing crisis situations."
